Dunwoody, a suburb in Atlanta, Ga. is searching for a potential kidnapper. The suspect attempted to kidnap a child riding his bike on Waterford Drive. She is said to have pink hair, blue eyes and a nose ring. After following the child home she turned around and left in a red Toyota.
