As you’ll read in the affidavit below, Riley had complained to managers about this guy about a year ago but nothing was done. She had also made a request to change her hours so that she didn’t work with him but unfortunately because she requested more hours for the summer, she had to work during the hours he worked. Johnson is now in jail in El Paso County, Colorado and is charged with first degree murder. I will be keeping up with this case.
